When a lead inquires about a vacation rental property on a large website (HomeAway.com or VRBO.com), the information is not carrying over into Sales Force. The arrival and departure dates are left blank. Is there a way to correct this?

    You need to take this up with the persons who did the integration of VRP web sites with your Salesforce instance.  The web sites provided the "instructions" on how to pull their data, but your company had to do the actual integration.
