Convert multiple Contacts from Leads

My web-to-lead form will contain custom fields for multiple Contacts, how do I convert multiple Lead Contacts to Account Contacts when converting Lead to Account?

    Hi Meghan,

     

    I am NEW BUSINESS DEV. and cold call large corps or govenmt agencies and more often these have multiple people I work with at the new prospect.  It can take years to convert these LEADS.  I do not like having a separate record in LEADS for each person.  ACCOUNTS has the ability to add many additional contacts on the main page.  Some of my accounts have more than 8 Contacts.  Can the same be done by adding FIELDS to LEADS?
