 When I go to create a new user and change the "User License" it is not giving me the option of salesforce so that I can change the profile to system administrator. Why is this not working? Any help will be  greatly appreciated!

     We were under the salesforce license type. I am not sure how or where to check how many crm licenses we have? and we are just using the free 30 day trial
