Even after having our Salseforce admin accept the activation e-mail by hitting the accept link inside. I still can not get my Droid to access salesforce. after I input user and password info it simply goes to the "activation required" page even though our admin has accepted it.

Also, check your user login history to see if there is another reason why it is failing.
