When all contacts are listed in SalesForce, there are people there that we do not want from Outlook.  They were not "Marked for Sync"  Why are they there?   Why are some of them listed numerious times?  When I do a sync in Outlook, I keep getting an error about preferred phone number.  Some contacts have no phone number, some have several.  How do you tell it that Business phone is always preferred?

    I am trying to get the contacts from Outlook to SalesForce. She has thousands of contacts and I don't want to have to re-type them. Right now, I am the only user.
