It would be tedious to manually go through and assign these Leads to various users in our organization.
Are there any apps that would simply let you select a group of Leads en masse and move them to a particular list, and then they could be checked off the list when they were called? For example, I could create a list of people A-F, G-M, N-Z for a particular criteria, and then people could go to each of the lists that were created and check people off.
For our purposes, that might be sufficient rather than going to the trouble of logging all the calls in detail, which people are reluctant to do.
Right now, I believe people are taking the Salesforce reports on Leads, exporting them, and then checking people off in Excel, and (occasionally) updating the records back in Salesforce, which means that information is getting lost.

Hi Evan, sounds like a Queue your describing, not sure what edition you have but it's in unlimited:
Queues allow groups of users to manage a shared workload more effectively. A queue is a location where records can be routed to await processing by a group member. The records remain in the queue until a user accepts them for processing or they are transferred to another queue. You can specify the set of objects that are supported by each queue, as well as the set of users that are allowed to retrieve records from the queue.
