I was looking at the Contact edit screen today in Salesforce and I saw that the Country and State fields were text fields rather than dropdowns. This is a surprise for me, by comparison to other CRMs, which have them as dropdowns to prevent bad data entry. Is there a way to make them into dropdowns or picklists?
