I have been using the Lead record to track potential applicants for internship positions at sites at which our organization places them, so that I could convert them to Contacts when they have received their placement. During the interview process, we match them with several potential sites, so it would be ideal if I could use master-detail to link them to multiple Accounts (Organizations).
As it is, I have to use a level of indirection by creating a custom object called Site Interview, and having a master-detail field on there which links to an object called Site Match. I would like to be able to have the Site Matches directly on the Lead record.
