set "Do not create a new donation record" as default

When using the Nonprofit Starter Pack, how do you make it so that "Do not create a new donation record" is set as the default when you are converting a Lead to a Contact? I am not actually using Leads to track donations, but rather to track applicants for positions at my organization.

    If I knew what the code was for /apex/leadConvertOverride, then presumably, I could create a new VisualForce page that would have the same functionality, but with the checkbox checked rather than unchecked. But it is managed code, so I don't know how I would see the code.

     

    Does anyone know how I could do that?
