I have unlimited edition account. But i can not create new Apex account profile is System Administrator. Pls let me know if anybody know reason for this. Regards, Pratik P

Pratik are you trying to create the class from within Salesforce? If so that's the reason, you can't. To make modifications you must use an IDE.

Regarding apex classes
