Any idea why the UI for the top right menu is looking so strange now? See captures below, I've never seen it like the first capture, just the seocnd one. Is this an option somewhere?
Also I'm unable to do inline edits even though that ability is turned on on UI. Are these related? Help?

It looks like you're using the old UI Theme, are you the Admin of your SFDC org?
