There is no standard functionality that allows the transferring of Contracts in accord with the transfer of the Account nor is Contacts available from the standard Mass Transfer Records. However, there is a free Appexchange app called Mass Update, Edit, Delete from List view that will allow you to add a Mass Update button on the Contracts List View and then Mass Update the Contact owner.
