    Yes it does - I understood what you were talking about! 

     

    That's interesting that only some of your users are experiencing problems since the upgrade, do the users that have access to Salesforce to outlook successfully have the same profiles and permissions as those who don't? 

     

    Have you tried resetting your connection from salesforce to outlook via the "Lightning for Outlook and Sync"?

    If only some of your users are experiencing the problem and have the same profiles, permissions, and etc.. i'd open up a case directly with Salesforce.
