We have an issue with the new feature which shows you a preview of the case’s content when hovering the row in the queues. This makes browsing your queue pretty horrible to be honest, because every time you want to use your mouse wheel to scroll up and down and stop for only a split second, the preview pops up and you have to dance around with your cursor until it’s gone.

Is there any way to have this removed, or like an option to disable this feature from my end?

    John,

The Summer '16 release notes describe the process to enable the feature -- I believe you can follow these steps to turn it off.  This will disable the feature for all users of that console as there is not, at present, a user specific setting that allows the feature to be turned on or off.

Here is a link to the release notes: https://releasenotes.docs.salesforce.com/en-us/summer16/release-notes/rn_console_responsive_list_hover.htm

And a link to an idea asking for a user-controlled option for this feature: https://success.salesforce.com/ideaView?id=0873A000000lE52QAE
