Viewing Profiles under Administration Setup

I am watching Administration Basics: Setting Up Salesforce CRM and am on the "Viewing Profiles" section.  Its says to do the following:

 

Click Setup

 

Click Manage Users

 

Click Profiles

 

I did that, and I do not have "Profiles" listed under my Manage Users.  All I have is the following:

 

Users

 

Queues

 

Login History

 

Training History

 

Why do I not have the Profiles link?

    Only Enterprise and Unlimited Editions allow you to customize profiles.  If you are on a different edition, that is most likely why you are not seeing that option.
