Receiving the follow error and error code, any idea what this is realated to?

Nope. It is likely some inconsistency between your change set and the target org. For example, if your Sandbox is on Spring 15, and you try to deploy a Spring 15-related feature or component, the deployment will fail until your Production org is updated to Spring 15.
However, it could be almost anything. The rest of the error message probably says something like "if this persists, contact Salesforce Support'
