Hi All,
I am looking to email a *new* Question created via Chatter Answer to a group of people and allow them to respond directly via email. The first part is easy, I've created a Workflow Rule to send the email notification when a new Question is created. The problem is that it doesn't work like the pre-defined email notifications, and therefore it doesn't allow me to "Reply" directly to the email whichs automatically posts the reponse. Has anyone figured out a way to do this?
