I have a Pipeline Dashboard that I created in order for both reps and team leaders to view their own metrics (it is configured as a Dynamic Dashboard). Ideally, what I would like is for anyone, despite their role in the hierarchy, to be able to view the dashboard as anyone else. This way reps can compare/contrast their pipeline against that of top and bottom performers.
The problem I've run into is when a rep is down lower in the hierarchy, they receive an "No matching users found." error message when trying to view the dashboard as someone parallel or higher in the hierarchy. Does anyone know how to get around this?

Daniel, as per this (https://help.salesforce.com/apex/HTViewHelpDoc?id=dashboards_select_running_user.htm&language=en) If you have “View All Data,” you can choose any user in your organization to be a running user of the dashboard. If you have “View My Team's Dashboards,” you can choose any user below you in the role hierarchy.
