How do I modify the "Add Product" page layout.

I need to be able to add a field to this screen so the user can selected at the same time that they are entering the product qty's and adding them to the opportunity.  The field I want to add is called "Business Plan Level".

This is where I tried adding it but it still does not show up.

    If this field is an actual imput field, (text, number, picklist) I think you just need to add it to the Opportunity Product Page layout and it will be available in the Multi-Line Layout.
