Noticing an issue with global optimisation where there is a gap of 10 mins between two appointments (it's not the travel time). it has happened multiple times recently but if we run resource optimisation then the gap is filled up. any reasons why global optimisation can't fix that itself in first place as we have a lot of resource and it's very manual to fix for all.
