How do you all handle forwarding Pardot emails? We want people to be able to forward our emails (especially internal people to the organization to external people who may not be on our email lists). However, forwarding the email can cause visitor association change and mess up the tracking of a prospect.

 

Pardot used to have a connector that was supposed to clean the email to allow you to forward it, but it sounds like that no longer works: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000319498&type=1&mode=1.

 

Our emails have the View Online link at the top, but that is also tracked per prospect and there doesn't seem to be a way to get a non tracked version of it.

 

Does anyone have an alternative that they have been using?
