Hello All! We have users in multiple Pardot accounts (not Business Units) and I'm updating them to SSO. I wanted to test it out with one person first. This person has access to two separate pardot accounts and he has two identity licenses, each with their own unique email addresses, I've linked the identity licenses to the pardot users and enabled SSO for each. When he goes to log into the accounts, he can log into one, but no matter what he tries, he can't log into the other one. It will always log him into the one he logged into first. We tried clearing his cache and signing in from a different browser. Neither of those did the trick. It's very bizarre. I feel like maybe I'm missing something simple? Has anyone had this issue or know what to do about it? Thank you in advance!
@Kerry Doyle you can not access Salesforce with Identify license (that free license enables you to use Salesforce single sign on only). You took the correct path...logged into pi.pardot.com with your Salesforce credentials.
To access Pardot Lightning App - you need an actual Salesforce license (i.e. paid license for Salesforce).
