I am working on moving from one org to another and we have some active engagement studios going. Do you have any suggestions on how to handle the prospects that are in the middle of the process when we need to move over to the new org? #AskAPardotExpert

Hi Katie. It would depend on how far along they are in the ES and how long the ES is. If you have the luxury of letting the ES run and then moving those people into the new org that is the least painful. Another option would be to create a Action step in place of a wait step and push them into a List. Export the list and import into the new instance. Start those people on a ES in the new org that begins where they left off.
