Hi ,

what are the different options that the community user reach out to the internal salesforce users apart from creating a case? i would like to know your thoughts regarding it .

    Chatter Feed @ mentions or Direct Messages would work to notify Internal Users. They will see the Chatter post @ mention in the internal Salesforce instance as well as in the community.
