Hi there! I'm having some issues with the Pardot unsubscribe translation to SalesForce Engage. We usually send mass emails out for events and such via Pardot - utilizing a central marketing email address: request_info@xxxxx however, when a sales team member pulls a list to utilize via SF Engage in 1:1 emails, they are told that there are contact how have manually been input as "Do Not Mail". The biggest problem here is that the sales folks have relationships with these prospects, and the prospects opted out of marketing emails, not emails from their sales rep.  Anyone know how to troubleshoot this?

    Any list view in Salesforce 10 people or above is required to honor unsubscribe rules using Engage, so the do not email/opt-out rules are applied. However, 1:1 emails are still allowed using this. Was the list sales reps were trying to send to using Engage 10+ or smaller?
