I'm doing some work on our scoring setup & have a couple questions.
1. We'd like to assign a different point value to different form field responses. For example, we'd like to give prospects "interested in free version" 5 points and "interested in paid version" 10 points. I can think of a couple ways to accomplish this, but wondering what is best practice.
2. We'd like to score email forwards - what's the best way to implement this?
