Hello , I want to know how to map the fields Score and Grade from my pardot to my Salesforce instance. We've created the fields in Salesforce but are trying to map it from Pardot and those two fields don't appear as options for "default fields" or "custom fields" when we try to sync with CRM. Is there something we're missing here? Please help

These are default fields.
If you have installed the Pardot app in your Salesforce org, these fields are created already. They are created as part of the app install, you don't have to do anything.
If you cannot see them, then maybe you don't have the app installed, or maybe you don't have the Salesforce permissions to see them. Check with your Salesforce admin.
