Specifically, that have submitted one specific form but not another specific form.

hey was your question just now about utm fields? If so I am going through similar situation. I found out this morning its the custom utm fields which you'd create in Pardot and your CRM that will be pulling the hard coded utm parameters (if prospect converts on it) into their record.
