I hope you all are well. Today, I had an unusual question from Staff which I can't answer as to whether this is possible Pardot or not, and I'm hoping someone can help me with this. Here is the question:
"I am just curious if you can get specific people to go through those paths and set up specific emails rather than template emails?"
Is this something that's doable in Pardot? Thanks, in advance for any help.

Unless I'm missing something, I assume that the question is regarding Engagement Studio as it's asking about going through paths.
If so, yes, ES is designed to take specific people through different paths and send them specific emails.
ES starts with a list that can have just a few people in it who have very specific attributes in common.
Pardot terminology can be confusing sometimes. Email template can be an actual template if it's used for list sends. Or it can be a fully functioning email if it's used in 1-to-1 sends, autoresponders or within ES.
So, if you need an email within ES, you create a template (that's where it's confusing people) and select "Available for: Engagement Program Emails"
