Hi all, this is my first post here and I'm a Salesforce Admin learning Pardot. We have a Form with a Completion Action that creates and assigns a Salesforce task to a particular user in Salesforce. Recently the task email notifications for these tasks stopped generating, even though the user did not change anything in his person settings for task reminder emails. I've been going back and forth with Salesforce Support with no help. Any ideas what is happening here or where I can look (besides email logs, there is nothing to be found in those). Thank you!

There is also a setting in Salesforce where the user enables/disables "Email me when someone assigns me a task" (it's under the upper right photo/icon in Salesforce, Settings, Calendars & Reminders, Activity Reminders. It is possible that the user in question has de-selected this checkbox.
