Do you know why I get this error (SA assigned to the correct technician, technician logged in, permission set and sharing setting ok) ?

    What exactly is the Technician clicking on when they see that message? That doesn't appear to be anything OOTB and looks to be a Custom Flow. Just from the screenshot it looks like the flow might be trying to check whether the user initiating the status update is not the same technician as the actual assigned resource.
