Question on lists and duplicate records. I did a prospect list pull in Pardot and saw that I have over 20k contacts in Pardot that are not in SFDC.
Now I want to clean that up by reposting these contacts in SFDC but I am concerned with duplicate records. Can someone direct me to the right spot to understand better what is the best approach?
Thank you for the updates. I was able to sync up SFDC and Pardot. I was able to take out the duplicates but now I have a different problem.
I just ran my first webinar after the sync. And customers (about 25) showed up either as new customers or old customers with new emails or new records. But they are showing up as prospects but not on in SDFC. I want to be able to show what campaign they are with. What is they best way to handle these contacts?
