We are currently setting up Pardot and have ran into a bit of a roadblock. We want Pardot to sync with only NPSP and connect the different contacts and users from there with Pardot. What's happening is that every single contact and record in Salesforce whether it's in Sales, 3rd party apps, or anywhere else all syncs automatically into Pardot and creates it as a prospect. I know we can select the option under the connector settings to not automatically sync to Pardot everytime a new lead or contact is created, but then we wouldn't be getting the data synced from NPSP without having to either upload a CSV of the contacts or use the Send to Pardot button.

Is there a way to connect Pardot with just specific Apps so that the data and records from only that app syncs into Pardot.
