We have deleted a connected app from our managed package. Now, we are unable to install any old versions of the package. The installation fails with an error "<app name>/<app_name> has been deleted. The connected app has been disabled by the vendor and is no longer available". 

Due to this, we can no longer build patches or install older versions of our package. Have any of you faced this issue before? Is it possible to restore a deleted connected app in a packaging org?
