Please see attachment. These 3 quote records on the Lightning component will not clear. The quotes have all been approved. When I switch to Classic they are cleared, but in Lightning, they will not. It seems like a refreshing problem, but I have tried a couple different refreshing actions with not luck. The component is part of a managed package.
