Currently deploying FSL for 3 European Entities and about 100 users to date. There is a need to add business users to work as Customer Service, Tech Service Support. They will handle Cases, deal with Accounts, Assets, Contacts and even Work Orders. They do not need the full FSL Package, however, they do need to associate Cases with various Records . If I clone the FSL Dispatcher Profile for Read/Edit access to limited FSL objects, but do not assign Permisson Set Licenses, i.e. Field Service Dispatcher Licenses, FSL Admin License, will this count toward our managed packages Licenses for the FSL Managed Package User.
