Hello, not sure if this is the correct group to post this.

I am fairly new to Lightning and am starting to build some Lightning page layouts and such.

I've been working on something small and cannot figure it out.

On the Account, I want to be able to log a task, which I do have the ability to in Lightning.

However, when I try adding a new task, it's not defaulting to my default record type and page layout.

Attached is a quick screenshot of what I am trying to accomplish and the problem I am facing.

Hoping someone can assist so my users see the record type/layout for their tasks.
