Hello SF community,

I am pretty new to SF development and I would like to find out if there are any good GUI migration tools for migrating apps components (apex classes, custom objects, triggers, lightning components, and visual force pages,..etc..) from sandbox to production environment.

I am looking more like GUI tools, not command line tool such as Ant migration!   I have seen eclipse IDE but I hear rumor that it is not supported by SF. or it is an older tool.
