Why did the Knowledge article formatting from Classic to Lightning get lost.  All the <p> tags and the <h1> <h2> <h3>, etc., tags do not render correctly any more in Lightning.  All the content is squished.

Was something not implemented correctly during the Lightning knowledge article import from Classic or is this a known issue with Lightning?
