I have a question on migration to Lightning. In my company we are still using Classic and have no plan to migrate to Lightning anytime soon. However, the group that I am a Business Analyst for would like to consider the move for the applications that we are using. Has anyone here faced a similar situation of moving a select number of applications to Lightning? If so, what was the approach you took? Thanks in advance for your help!

Gotcha, thanks for the extra detail. It is a good practice to transition specific departments (and associated apps in your case) on a rolling basis because often different groups of users will not be ready at the same time. The fact that you have separate apps for different departments should actually make your rollout easier, as you will have less need to support the configuration in both interfaces.
