Tell us more about the lightning experience roll out on January 7th. We are planning to enable lightning by the end of next year. Will this be an issue?

@Sai Pedasanaganti If Lightning Experience is already turned on at the org level for you, this critical update will not change anything for you. It is possible you may have been in the group of customers enabled through the Auto-Transition which would have caused Lightning to be enabled previously. The critical update in January was originally scheduled for the Winter '20 release but was delayed, so it is possible that you pro-actively made the updates to your profiles and turned on Lightning in preparation. Again in that case you should be all set. Hope this helps!
