Hello, I am a System Admin and am trying to log in as another user in the sandbox in Lightning, but do not have the option. I have enabled Administrators Can Log in as Any User, but still no option there. I use this feature all the time in Classic when troubleshooting. Any suggestions? Thank you.

Just another quick tidbit that I've come across after staring at it too long when I was first starting with the platform. I was already logged in as another user. That user had log in privileges, but you cannot use the log in as more than once.
