Now that we are using FSL for 90% of our appointments, I am noticing that our phone appointments are being scheduled with travel as one of the consideration. The problem with this is that travel time is blocking off huge parts of the schedule-able time. I thought there was a schedule policy or work rule that would eliminate this for only these type of appointments but I cannot find it. Any ideas?

    Well we have SLR enabled but the point of a phone appointment is that there is no travel, so we don't any any calculation of it for only these type of appointments. so far the "FSL__Prevent_Geocoding_For_Chatter_Actions__c" field is doing what we need. Still not sure if it is a proper solution for this but it is working.
