Question1:
Candidates button on dispatcher Console:
Our user case is: when the appointment booked or dispatched, our customer can still call us to change the appointment date/time. What we do is to go to the Edit button, and change the Earliest start time Permitted, and Due Date (as our schedule time has to be the same as the appointment time, no window in between). Save and click on the Candidate button. but it says no candidate found... but there are candidate available on the time slot...How this candidate logic works? can I change it somehow?
Question 2:
I try to use the sheduling Dependencies function, and seems i need manual set up. Can I use the process builder/Flow to create the relationship when i create the appointments? i already have the multiple appointments auto generated from one work order, and would like to add relationship for these appointments as well. is it viable? which object i should use?
And when we change the time for one dependent appointment, and seems it doesn't auto change another appt time...
What would be the best practice to change the appointment time after the shedule/dispatch ?
