Hello everyone,

we have been using Lightning for some time. Also the Outlook Add-in in Outlook (on Prem) version 2016. We do no use Office365 yet.

So far the login to the production system always went and I could archive my mails in Salesforce. However, for some time now I have had the problem that it takes a long time to log in and then shows that I have to log in again and again:

1.

Manage your customers more efficiently - work with Salesforce directly in Microsoft Outlook.

Environment: Production

2.

Connect Outlook to Your Salesforce Account

Connect your Salesforce account XX@XX.com to your Microsoft email account XX@XX.com. After the connection is established, you're automatically logged in to Outlook Integration from now on.

I'll confirm that as well. Everything is running. But after a certain time I have to repeat the process all the time.

Does anyone have an idea if I have to delete a cache, have to delete login information somewhere in Windows, etc.?

Interesting if someone has an idea?

Thank you and greetings

Mark

Does your company happen to use a single sign on method and do you use Firefox as your default browser? A recent FF update gave me login issues which I fixed by telling FF not to block content from SF.
