How is your Lightning Adoption? We are getting ready to transition and some of my team hear from friends at other companies that Lightning is not good, not easy, not fast. They describe it as confusing. I am starting my "transition campaign" to get people excited and I'm hoping you can share  your stories and experiences -- good or bad.
