We have been struggling with an issue in our Identity Connect instance. When modifying certain AD groups we are getting the following error message:

Cannot find cached profile matching null

 

The weird thing is that we use the exact same profile for several other AD Groups and it works OK. 

We have tried going to the #diagnostics/ section and running Run Recon for SFProfile_Managed_00D#### with no luck.

 

All the post that I have found actually indicate an Id next to the error message not "null" but we are sure the profile is mapped and it works for other AD groups.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? We have ran out of ideas.
