Hello! We're new to Shield. Is there a way to monitor if a user exports a report with certain fields/columns on the report? I added a Name of Columns = Opportunity Name condition and for testing purposes, put Block as the action, but I am still able to export reports with an Opportunity Name column. Any ideas on how to get this working?
Hi Melissa, The current EM files don’t store a reports field level data.
That’s part of the real-time offering which the Salesforce Event Monitoring team tells us should be released late this year/early next year.
