When using Get Candidates, the number of qualified candidates shown normally represents all the qualified Service Resources (including those outside of the user's current filtered Service Territories).
However, I've noticed that if there are no qualified candidates within the current filtered territories then Get Candidates comes up with "No Candidates were found" even if there are qualified candidates in other Service Territories.
Is there any way to search for candidates in all Service Territories from the Gantt (other than actually checking the box to open up every single Service Territory at once)?

When using territories linked to SAs, if you click "get candidates" from the gantt you get the same slots that those you get from the detail page quick action, no territory filtering takes place. But when no territory is assigned this behaviour seems to occur. Looks like a bug, try to open a case with support.
