We have defined our Case layout for lightning that includes the Activity component on the Right Side bar.  This is the Global default.  I seem to be the only person who does not see the Activity component.  My profile and permissions are the same as our other Admin, and the users also see this component.

Has anyone experienced a similar problem with a standard component?
